Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are in original condition.
To start a return, please contact me at alessandraschlums@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

No returns on final sale items or custom orders.
