When will I get my order?
You'll receive your order within 3 weeks of purchase.
(Order processing time is 3–5 business days, and shipping can take up to 2 weeks internationally. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.)
How are the purses made?
All iUNGO LABS purses are 3D printed in our Montreal studio and carefully assembled by hand. Small-batch production means each piece may have subtle textural variations that naturally result from the 3D printing process.
How does iUNGO LABS consider sustainability?
Our purses are 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based filament made from renewable resources like corn starch. It produces fewer fumes during printing and uses less energy than many traditional plastics. While it’s not without impact, we are always exploring new materials, processes, and technologies to reduce our footprint while maintaining quality and craftsmanship.
What is the return policy?
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are in original condition.
To start a return, please contact me at alessandraschlums@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
No returns on final sale items or custom orders.
Can I order a custom designed purse?
At this stage, our pieces are created in small batches and designs are set, so full customization isn’t available. We do, however, love collaborating on special projects — reach out to explore possibilities alessandraschlums@gmail.com.
How do I care for my purse?
To preserve its finish and structure, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Clean with a cloth using soap and water.
