The Car Grille Purse
The Car Grille Purse, conceptualized in March 2025, draws inspiration from the iconic front grille of a Mercedes. The grille opens up as the flap of the purse, and sports its signature silver arrows logo. Its color palette nods to the Petronas hues of the Mercedes F1 team. In tribute to Mercedes’ legacy of “German Engineering,” the purse integrates a mechanical spring-loaded latch, designed to compress as the logo rotates, activating the opening mechanism.
3D Printing
In true engineering fashion, the purse is 3D printed and then assembled by hand with screws, hinges, and magnets.
The Opening Mechanism

The latch is connected to the logo, so when it is rotated, the latch unlocks the purse.
